The Stinger handheld was the first Game Pad for a laptop. RDA felt the key to success was to promote the small size and ergonomic shape. RDA created a unique package design leveraging the Gravis brand in the rectangular protruding bar while enclosing the Stinger in a clear easy to view clamshell. The hand created calligraphic Stinger type treatment emphasized its gaming heritage.
